Dividing head UT 400/CNC  – 24423. 4th axis for fine milling machine FF 500/CNC. For perfect three-dimensional (3D) machining. For single-part production or small quantities. For graduation (making connectors), producing gears, helical gears, snail spindles and (even irregular) profiles. Any angles can be set via computer control. Easy installation in horizontal and vertical planes. Driven by a powerful stepper motor (2.0 A) via a toothed belt and an easy-to-install worm gear. The high gear ratio (40:1) provides colossal torque. Minimum step 0.003º. Recognizes the limit position using a photo barrier. Main spindle with 14 mm bore and flange for face plate, as well as rotating chuck from the PD 400 lathe system. Chuck and workpiece are not included in the delivery.
