The TECH PAC WHEELER BLACKOUT is a rolling version of the best-selling TECH PAC BLACKOUT backpack tool bag with an all-black colorscheme. This wheeled backpack includes new premium padded backpack straps that are completely removable. This makes stowing the backpack straps easier and allows you to choose whether the bag can function as a backpack or not. The TECH PAC WHEELER BLACKOUT also features the V-SWAP system. Includes the Tool Panel (included and mandatory) and Meter Panel. Other panels sold separately as shown below.
